Job Description
- Supervise and manage purchase specialists
- Oversee daily vendor operations, including order management, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely execution of procurement activities and supplier communications
- Monitor team KPIs, workload distribution, and operational performance
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and resolve escalations
- Coordinate closely with Planning and Acquisition teams to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume operational tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
