About the job
We are expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in North Africa and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager.
Qualifications and professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Master’s degree in Construction Law / Commercial Management – Preferred
- PMP certification would be considered a plus
- FIDIC Certification would be considered a plus
- Training in Contract Law / Claims Management – Preferred
- 12–15+ years of experience
- Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants
- Alternatively, experience with Tier 1 Contractors is acceptable
- Experience with major developers is a strong advantage
- Strong exposure to mega projects / mixed-use developments is required
- Must have client-facing experience and ability to represent client commercially
- Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments
