Job Description
- Identify and source new local and international suppliers aligned with business needs
- Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of suppliers into internal systems
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and potential suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new vendors
- Support expansion into new categories and import channels
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Experience in furniture industry is a must
- Experience in supplier onboarding and contract management
- Knowledge of international sourcing and import processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
