Vendor Management Specialist

We’re looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to join our team and support vendor acquisition, onboarding, and activation activities.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce, distribution, or trade operations
• Hands-on experience in vendor onboarding and activation
• Ability to manage multiple vendors at the same time
• Good commercial understanding of pricing, commissions, and vendor operations
• Strong process discipline and communication skills
• English fluency is a must
• Startup mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Background or understanding of the Home category and interior design

Key responsibilities:

• Execute vendor outreach and acquisition activities
• Collect and verify vendor documents
• Support onboarding and initial training
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates
