Job Description
- Lead and oversee daily procurement operations and purchasing activities.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure material availability.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track procurement KPIs and prepare regular procurement reports.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Lead, mentor, and support procurement team members when applicable.
Job Requirements Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Scientific or Medical background (e.g: Biotechnology, Science, Pharmacy or Agriculture)
- At least 7 years of experience in domestic procurement or supply chain management.
- Very Good command of both written and spoken in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address sourcing and logistics challenges.
Nice to have
- Procurement diploma certification.
- Familiarity with procurement software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
