We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Direct Procurement Engineer to join our growing Supply Chain team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies for direct materials and critical services.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in cost, quality, and delivery.
- Place and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery according to production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to support business needs.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier data, and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions when needed.
- Support supplier onboarding and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
- Resolve supply shortages and quality issues professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Engineering graduates ( Automotive, Production) preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Experience using Odoo ERP is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent English proficiency.
