This is a full-time on-site role located in El Obour for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will oversee and optimize production processes, develop and implement production plans, monitor quality control measures, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing production data to improve efficiency and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless communication and workflow. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve operational challenges effectively
- Experience in Quality Control processes and ensuring product compliance with standards
- Excellent Communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Working knowledge of safety protocols and manufacturing best practices
- Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
