Due to our growing and expanding business we are hiring below Position:

– Sea Import Executive.

• Receiving booking from customers to arrange shipment from point of origin to final delivery point.
• Provide quotation to overseas partners and customers.
• Negotiate the rates with overseas partner, carrier, and local transporters to guarantee the best cost for customer’s inquiries
• Instructing overseas partner to arrange shipments from point or origin and maintaining communication with them to ensure shipment are arranged and booked accordingly.
• Generate master ACID through Nafeza platform for import back-to-back sea shipment.
• Contact shipping lines, LCL operators and service providers, arranging release, delivery and payment of charges in a timely manner.
• To resolve service failures, delays or problems with partner, shipping lines, LCL operators and service providers to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Communicate and update customers on regular basis on the status of their shipment.
• Send arrival notification to clients and prepare release letters for sea shipment.
• Follow up on air shipments arrival and delivery to consignee.
• Support the management and account managers by providing your experience and knowledge to enable them to develop new business opportunities and maintain good relations with existing customers.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure good operation procedures and practice.

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding company or similar position.
• Cairo residency is a MUST.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• very good command of computer skills, emails, and Microsoft Office skills.

Working days:
-From Sunday to Thursday.
Working hours:
-From 9 AM – 5 PM
