Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Job Location: Alexandria
Key Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers.
2. Prepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
3. Issuing the Job Orders for each Booking.
4. Handling shipments with customs clearance and Inland contractors.
5. Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
6. Selecting the best air, sea, and land freight agents with the best freight.
7. Follow-up e-mails with the shipping line and agents.
8. Coordination and following up Site Operations for Job Orders.
9. Tracking sheets for shipments and site.
Qualifications & Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
*2–5 years of experience in logistics (manufacturing experience preferred).
*Good knowledge of shipping, customs, and transportation processes.
*Experience dealing with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
*Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
*Very Good Command of English.
