We’re looking for a skilled Import Operations to manage FCL shipments and support smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end import operations (FCL)
Coordinate with agents, carriers, and customs brokers
Prepare and review shipment documents (BL, invoices)
Follow up on shipments and ensure timely clearance
Update clients and maintain accurate system records
Support Air Freight operations when required
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in import operations
Strong knowledge of customs procedures & documentation
Good English and communication skills
