Production Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily production operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently achieved.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize production processes
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain)
Analyze production data and recommend improvements
Troubleshoot production issues and reduce downtime.

🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Production, or Industrial)
0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Basic knowledge of production planning and process improvement.

⭐ Preferred:
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
Candidates residing in Menofya are preferred
