• Prepare monthly and quarterly production plans based on demand, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze raw material requirements, update production plans, monitor execution, and control inventory.
• Coordinate with workshops and related departments to follow up on work progress.
• Evaluate production capacity and optimally allocate equipment, labor, and materials.
• Monitor production rates and quality levels, and take immediate action to resolve any issues.
• Analyze production problems and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement.
