Job Description
We’re looking for an organized and driven Import Officer to take full ownership of our import operations—from supplier coordination all the way to final delivery.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple shipments, and optimizing costs while ensuring compliance, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage the full import cycle (sourcing → shipping → customs clearance → delivery)
• Coordinate with international suppliers to secure the best terms
• Work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearance agents
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery with minimal delays
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Finance)
• Monitor and optimize import costs
• Ensure product compliance and quality before shipment
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC) when needed
• Prepare reports on shipments, costs, and performance
