• About the Role:
  We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our furniture showroom operations. This role requires a results-driven professional who can manage a sales team, deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure the showroom operates efficiently while achieving sales targets.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Ensure high standards of customer service and in-store experience
• Handle key customer interactions and close high-value deals
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams
• Oversee product display, merchandising, and showroom presentation
