Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing materials based on item, color, and quantity
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of all warehouse transactions
- Control inventory movement and maintain proper stock levels
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper task distribution
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel sheets
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules
- Coordinate with logistics to arrange truck dispatch and delivery operations
- Follow up on outgoing shipments to ensure proper execution
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and company standards
