Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations and logistics activities and international shipments.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
  • Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Incoterms.
  • Monitor logistics costs and optimize transportation solutions.
  • Handle claims, delays, and logistics-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
  • Manage supply chain processes, including shipping and inventory
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and products
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams
  • Monitor performance and optimize logistics efficiency
  • Handle documentation and reporting for shipments and operations.
  • Monitor quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
