Job Title: Cluster Purchasing Specialist (Two Vacancies).

Join our procurement team as a Cluster Purchasing Specialist – a role that blends strategic sourcing with operational excellence.
You’ll be the backbone of our supply chain, managing raw material planning, strategic sourcing, and vendor negotiations to ensure our manufacturing plants operate seamlessly with lean inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
· Raw Materials Planning: Analyze consumption patterns and demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory and prevent shortages.
· PO Management: Execute Purchase Orders accurately, ensuring alignment with production timelines.
· Cost Optimization & Analysis: Evaluate offers, track market trends, and analyze price fluctuations to drive cost savings and value creation.
· Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing, optimal quality, and favorable payment terms.
· Supply Chain Coordination: Track deliveries and coordinate with Warehouse and Quality teams for seamless operations
· Vendor Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships and maintain accurate supplier records for supply reliability
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D and Quality to qualify new materials and suppliers
Requirements:
· Gender: Male is preferred.
· Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce – English Section, or related field
· 3–5 years of purchasing experience in (manufacturing is preferred).
· Advanced Excel & ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
· Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
· Excellent English (written & spoken)
· Proactive mindset with passion for process improvement
