The Mandate:
➔ Orchestrate the sourcing architecture for a premier food manufacturing leader, bridging the gap between raw material procurement and high-fidelity corporate production strategy.
➔ Architect the firm’s roadmap through advanced vendor selection and contract negotiation, ensuring total synchronization across manufacturing units and organizational growth.
➔ Execute rigorous cost-analysis and inventory optimization cycles, maintaining the analytical rigor necessary to drive operational efficiency and oversee complex supply chain protocols.
➔ Facilitate superior organizational health by maintaining strategic supplier partnerships and material quality standards while maintaining the technical integrity of the firm’s procurement standards and industrial excellence.
The Profile:
➔ Tenure & Sector Mastery: Minimum 10 years of robust experience in procurement; a foundational requirement for managing high-stakes industrial supply chains and large-scale material portfolios.
➔ Industrial Agility: Mandatory previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry; the analytical depth to handle complex raw material synchronization and FMCG market dynamics efficiently.
➔ Strategic Depth: Exceptional command of cost control and global/local sourcing frameworks; the tactical depth required for ensuring absolute consistency in meeting production benchmarks and quality KPIs.
➔ Operational Persona: Results-oriented leader with a proactive mindset and the professional maturity to lead the purchasing function from the Third Settlement headquarters.
