Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Raw Materials Planning: Analyze consumption patterns and demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory and prevent shortages
  • PO Management: Execute Purchase Orders accurately, ensuring alignment with production timelines
  • Cost Optimization & Analysis: Evaluate offers, track market trends, and analyze price fluctuations to drive cost savings and value creation
  • Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing, optimal quality, and favorable payment terms
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Track deliveries and coordinate with Warehouse and Quality teams for seamless operations
  • Vendor Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships and maintain accurate supplier records for supply reliability
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D and Quality to qualify new materials and suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce – English Section, or related field
  • 5–7 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing
  • Advanced Excel & ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
  • Excellent English (written & spoken)
  • Proactive mindset with passion for process improvement
