Purchasing Coordinator At National Paints “0experience”

Job Description

  • Receive material requirements based on requested quantities and technical specifications
  • Source and manage approved and new suppliers in accordance with company standards
  • Request quotations and confirm material availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with suppliers
  • Request material samples and coordinate laboratory testing to ensure quality compliance
  • Prepare supplier comparison
  • Create RFQs and generate purchase orders through the ERP system
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate material inspection upon delivery and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Supervise proper storage, handling, and inventory recording in the warehouse
  • Handling payments & invoices with suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • ( 0-1)  year of experience in Procurement
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs
  • Good English language knowledge
