We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with no previous logistics experience, as training will be provided.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Follow up on daily shipments and deliveries
• Coordinate with drivers and transportation companies
• Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery
• Update shipment data on the system (TMS / Excel)
• Handle delivery delays or issues and report them
• Ensure compliance with company transportation policies
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
🔹 Requirements:
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow in logistics field
