Jushi Egypt for Fiberglass Industry is looking for a motivated Export Sales Specialist to join our team.

✅ Requirements:
1-Minimum 3 years of experience in Export operations and customer service.
2-Strong knowledge of export processes, logistics and Incoterms.
3-Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
4-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast environment.
5-Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with SAP is preferred.
6-Very good command of the English language
7-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
8-Maximum age: 28 years.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage export orders from purchase order receipt through to final delivery.
2-Provide customers with a regular update on shipments status.
3-Coordinate with planning, warehouse, quality, logistics and other teams to ensure smooth process.
4-Handle and resolve customer complaints related to deliveries.
5-Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
6-Handle export process and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
7-Monitor customer satisfaction and provide effective after shipments.
8-Prepare, coordinate and archiving export documentation.
