Sourcing Specialist At Naguib Selim

We’re looking for a 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 to join our 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 team! This role will focus on 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, sourcing the goods and services that support our business operations while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
✅ Source and evaluate suppliers for non-product procurement.
✅ Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
✅ Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
✅ Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
✅ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and resolve supplier-related issues.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
✔ Good Microsoft Excel skills (ERP experience is a plus).
