Job Description

. Warehouse Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of furniture to avoid damage.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.

2. Inventory Control

• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the system.

3. Team Leadership

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff (storekeepers, helpers, forklift operators).
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

4. Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Report and manage any incidents or hazards.

5. Process Improvement

• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
• Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and KPIs.
