mobica. looking to hire “Warehouse Manager” Finished Goods.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations across all storage locations.
– Ensure accurate inventory control for finished goods.
– Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
– Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures in line with company standards.
– Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
– Ensure optimal space utilization and warehouse layout planning.
– Monitor and improve warehouse performance (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shrinkage, etc.).
– Manage ERP system transactions and ensure data accuracy.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
– Conduct periodic stock counts and audits.
– Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:
∙ Bachelor’s degree: in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration.
∙ Experience: 8–10 years of in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or furniture industry environments.
. English Skills: Intermediate – Can communicate clearly in routine work situations and write simple emails or reports.
. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
. Skills: Leadership & team management, Problem-solving, Time management, Decision Making, Communication skills.
