Key Accountabilities:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Designs and presents warehouses daily and monthly reports
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Implementing FIFO model
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Manages for the monthly stock count and accountable for the results
• Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
• Meet cost and productivity plans
• Organize technical trainings for the team
• Assist the warehouses management in meeting the department budget
• Manage and Train Staff
• Maintain the company quality and food safety procedures during the shipment through receiving and delivering

Academic and professional qualifications:

• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a relevant field
• FMCG Experience.

Experience:

• 5-7 experience at same field
