Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to gather required technical and commercial inputs.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals in line with client requirements.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within the tender.
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely submission of complete tender documents.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of all tender activities.
- Participate in post-tender clarifications and negotiations if required.
- Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and previous tenders for reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or relevant field).
- 3–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or cost control.
- Experience in signage, wayfinding systems, metal works, or construction is highly preferred.

- Location: El Sheikh Zayed.
- Preferred live in 6 of October or El Sheikh Zayed.
- Business hours: 10 AM – 6 PM.
