Purpose of the role:
- The Export Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all export activities for FMCG food products, specifically cornflakes. The role ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective international shipments while meeting customer requirements and food safety standards.
A Taste of What You’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end export operations from order receipt to final delivery.
- Prepare and verify export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, and Bills of Lading.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to overseas markets.
- Handle export claims, documentation discrepancies, and shipment issues.
- Maintain accurate export records and prepare periodic export reports.
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service level and product integrity.
- Stay updated on FMCG and food export regulations, labeling, and destination market requirements.
- Review vendors’ invoices & validate them with the contracted price list.
Your Recipe for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in supply chain planning, project management, or initiative management in the FMCG industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient English Language speaker
