Your Mission:
As our Production Manager, you will be the “engine” of the factory, ensuring everything runs like clockwork:
-Lead & Execute: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to hit OTD targets.
-Operational Excellence: Champion 5S, SOPs, and process optimization on the shop floor.
-Quality First: Minimize waste and rework while maintaining top-tier product standards.
-Empower People: Lead, train, and inspire our local Egyptian workforce to reach global safety and efficiency benchmarks.
-Compliance Expert: Ensure full alignment with Egyptian labor laws and EHS regulations.
-Cross-Functional Hero: Sync perfectly with Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
Who Are We Looking For?
Experienced Leaders: 3+ years in production management (Home appliance experience is a huge plus! ).
-Startup Mentality: You are flexible, hands-on, and thrive in “building” phases.
-Operations Savvy: Strong grip on production planning, cost control, and equipment maintenance.
-Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in Arabic & English.
-Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Egyptian industrial practices and labor regulations.
