We’re looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil) to join our Procurement Team!
You will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to civil works, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of materials and subcontractor services across our projects.

🔷 Your Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement processes for civil materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
* Prepare and review RFQs, BOQs, and technical specifications in coordination with technical teams.
* Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations based on technical and commercial aspects.
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value for the company.
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement according to project schedules.
* Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
* Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation for all purchasing activities.

🔷 Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* +6 years of experience in procurement within construction or real estate projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction materials and subcontracting processes.
* Experience in tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities.
