Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Specialist – Freight Forwarding (Sea & Air)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / Country Manager

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts while offering competitive and tailored freight solutions across sea and air transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and expand client base

• Develop strong relationships with importers and exporters

• Prepare competitive quotations in coordination with pricing team

• Negotiate rates, terms, and close deals

• Ensure customer satisfaction and shipment follow-up

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution

• Maintain CRM updates and sales reports

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales

• Strong knowledge of international shipping (Sea & Air)

• Proven sales track record and target achievement

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English

• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office

KPIs:

• Monthly revenue and volume targets

• Number of new clients acquired

• Customer retention rate

• Profit margin per shipment

• Sales activity (meetings, calls, visits)
