We are currently looking for a Export_and_Import_Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing our operations and driving data-driven decisions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange and follow up on shipments.
• Track shipment status and update concerned departments on delivery schedules.
• Follow up on export operations.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Create purchase order files including (Purchase Request – Proforma Invoice – SWIFT copy).
• Resolve shipping, delivery, or supplier-related issues efficiently and promptly.
• Prepare and analyze various reports.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly (KPIs), and annual reports (KPIs, annual report, financial report, and supplier performance evaluation).
• Add, modify, and price purchase orders in Odoo.
• Verify purchase order item details after modifications before converting them into supply orders.
• Follow up on receiving items in Odoo and close supply orders both financially and in inventory.
🔹 Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Effective planning skills to organize tasks and analyze data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (very advanced level).
• Ability to analyze data and provide clear insights.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Sense of responsibility and ability to handle the consequences of decisions with confidence.
• Good listening skills, strong understanding, and awareness in handling situations with focus and attention.
