Procurement Specialist “0experience”

for urgent need, Procurement Specialist is needed as following :-

Job Description :
* Handle incoming procurement requests From Different Departments.
* Deal with suppliers and traders and Evaluate their abilities and capacity.
* Negotiate and issue Purchase orders and Contracts.
* Analyze and Evaluate Current and Potential Vendors in Consideration of the Internal Quality and Cost requirements.
* Ensure all Administration and Documentation of purchasing Processes (Requisitions, Purchase order , Contracts, Invoices) are Compliance with Company Policy.
* Maintaining Procurement records such as items Purchased Costs , Delivery time ,Product Quality ,Supplier performance.
* Record and monitoring all needed actions on SAP & Excel in Parallel.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, or any relevant field.
* 0-1 year of experience in Purchasing / Procurement or any relevant.
* Prefer to Have knowledge in any ERP system ( SAP/Oracle )
* Excellent in English
* Excellent use of MS office is must.
* Very good communication skills is must.
