***Job Summary:
IMAC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team in the automotive filters industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring the availability of high-quality materials, and maintaining cost efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities :
1.Manage the procurement process for raw materials, components, and supplies related to automotive filters production.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
2.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to ensure timely availability of materials.
3.Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
4.Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies.
5.Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
**Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent higher education).
Preferably with solid experience in the automotive industry or automotive filters field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good command of English and computer proficiency.
