How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Foster a zero-harm safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop comprehensive outage plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project Managers, and Field Service teams to align on outage requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed schedules to minimize downtime and address unforeseen issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies for outages.
- Monitor outage progress and facilitate communication for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project management in the power generation industry.
- Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, along with MS Office and Power BI skills.
