RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with foreign suppliers via email and calls.
- Request quotations and follow up on orders.
- Prepare and update purchase orders.
- Track shipments and delivery status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance).
- Maintain simple records and reports.
- Support the purchasing team in daily tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Good to excellent English (writing and speaking).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Willing to learn and grow .
