Role Description
The Senior Projects Engineer at ASEC Automation will be responsible for managing and executing complex engineering projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include project planning, design review, supervising technical teams, and ensuring compliance with project timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role will require collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Project Management, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation
- Strong technical expertise in Automation Engineering, Electrical Systems Design, and Industrial Process Optimization
- Proficiency in Engineering Software and Tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PLC Programming, SCADA)
- Capacity for Team Leadership, Coordination, and Stakeholder Communication
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Experience in heavy industries such as Cement, Refineries, or Water Treatment is highly valuable
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering; advanced degrees are a plus
- English communication proficiency is essential; additional language skills are an advantage
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory compliance
