*Job Title: Project Sales Manager – Office Furniture*

*Role Objective*

Lead and expand major project sales: furnishing for corporates, banks, hospitals, and government entities. Build a strong network with key decision makers and ensure project sales targets are achieved by delivering integrated furnishing solutions that meet clients’ technical and aesthetic needs.

*Key Duties & Responsibilities*

*1. Business Development & Lead Generation*

– Identify and target new construction projects and administrative buildings under development

– Build a strong database of consultants, contractors, and procurement managers at large companies

– Represent “El Helw Style” in tenders and bids, submitting competitive technical and financial proposals

*2. Project Sales Cycle Management*

– Manage projects from “design & needs assessment” through to “supply, installation, and collection”

– Coordinate with the in-house engineering and design teams to deliver compelling 2D/3D layouts

– Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitiveness

*3. Target Achievement*

– Set quarterly and annual project sales plans and commit to achieving them

– Follow up on collections and cash flow for each project

*4. Internal Coordination*

– Coordinate with Production/Factory to ensure capability to meet specs and delivery deadlines

– Collaborate with Logistics team to ensure error-free delivery and installation on site

*5. Reporting & Market Analysis*

– Submit regular pipeline reports showing potential, ongoing, and completed projects

– Monitor competitor activity in the projects sector: pricing, new models, warranties

*Job Requirements*

– *Education*: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Architecture/Interior Design) or Business Administration. Engineering background is a strong plus for understanding technical specs

– *Experience*: 5–7 years in B2B project sales, preferably in office furniture or commercial fit-out

– *Network*: Proven track record of strong relationships with consulting offices and contractors in the local market

– *Soft Skills*:

– High-level negotiation and persuasion skills

– Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQ

– Field team leadership

– *Languages*: Full proficiency in English for proposals and official correspondence
