Responsibilities Order Management:
- Back up Sr. Associates and do order management activities on demand
- Create final delivery details and confirm in the system
- Follow-up with 3PL about order status
- Support BU PGT team with closing unconfirmed orders and deliveries: investigate preliminary reason code
- Support interaction with BU team on other topics as requested
Manage return:
- Create return delivery and inform sending WH and 3PL about pick up order
- Generate Credit/Debit notes
Order management performance review (PepsiCo internal):
- Support the SC Customer Support Supervisor with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings
- Support order management team with all reporting and KPIs tracking
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical abilities;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong Excel & Office package knowledge mandatory;
- Able to handle continuous improvement projects;
- Results oriented;
- SAP experience is a plus
User friendly with IT applications (digitally-oriented)
Qualifications
- University degree
- Excellent spoken and written English language knowledge
- Previous exposure to similar role is a plus (in Customer service)
