Project Manager At ElAbd Foods

ElAbd Foods is hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects and drive excellence across planning, execution, and value delivery.

Requirements:
-Minimum 7 years of project management experience
-Engineering background (Construction / Architecture / MEP).

Responsibilities:
• Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps aligned with company strategy
• Delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinating internal teams and external partners for smooth execution
• Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts proactively
• Handling suppliers and subcontractors, from RFPs to final delivery
• Controlling project budgets and tracking financial performance
• Identifying risks, setting mitigation plans, and monitoring progress
• Reporting on project status, risks, and financials
• Improving project management practices and applying best-in-class methodologies
• Ensuring PMO governance compliance, documentation, and proper project closure
