βœ… Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers

βœ… Negotiate pricing, terms, and procurement contracts

βœ… Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation

βœ… Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues

βœ… Ensure quality compliance for delivered goods and services

βœ… Manage inventory needs and forecast demand

βœ… Support project procurement requirements

βœ… Develop strategic sourcing initiatives

βœ… Maintain accurate procurement records

βœ… Ensure adherence to policies and regulations

βœ… Stay updated on market trends and cost-saving opportunities

βœ” Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

βœ” 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the technology or system integration industry

βœ” Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

βœ” Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

βœ” Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Odoo experience is a plus
