HMTO for Food industries looking for talented professionals to join our team in the following position:

🔹Key Responsibilities:
-Execute purchase orders according to production and warehouse requirements.
-Source new suppliers and evaluate existing suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
-Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial terms.
-Follow up on purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
-Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Production departments to ensure material compliance.
-Review and match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts.
-Maintain and update supplier database.
-Ensure compliance with procurement policies and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
Prepare periodic procurement and cost analysis reports.
🔹 Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
-2–5 years of Experience in procurement, preferably in food manufacturing.
-Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
