β’ Education: Bachelor of Civil/ Architecture Engineering graduates.
β’ 12+ years of proven experience in the construction industry.
β’ Strong experience in subcontractor management and procurement is a must
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of construction disciplines, including structural, architectural, and MEP packages, is required
2) Tender Manager.
ππ¨π«π€ π₯π¨ππππ’π¨π§: Downtown(HQ).
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
β’ 12+ years of proven experience in the construction industry.
β’ Extensive experience dealing with subcontractors, including evaluation, negotiation, and package finalization.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works.
