We’re Hiring: Planning Lead Engineer
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
📍 Egypt residence only
Join a leading infrastructure and energy organization and take a leadership role in driving project planning, reporting, and controls across large-scale projects. As a Planning Lead Engineer, you will oversee planning activities, enhance reporting systems, and ensure data-driven decision-making to support successful project delivery.

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• Certifications in Project Management or Planning (PMP, PMI-SP) are an advantage

💼 Experience
• 9–11 years of experience in planning & reporting within large-scale projects
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with proven leadership exposure
• Strong background in project controls, scheduling, and reporting systems
• Advanced expertise in Primavera (P6) is essential
• Strong command of MS Office, especially advanced Excel (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and digital reporting tools
• Knowledge of PMIS systems (e.g., PMWeb) and data management best practices
• Experience in ( Substations, OHTL , Infrastructure ) is a MUST.
• Experience with GCC Projects is a PLUS.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Develop and oversee project dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Manage and enhance PMIS systems to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable project data and reporting
• Monitor project performance, conduct data analysis, identify risks, bottlenecks, and support mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective planning integration and reporting consistency
• Oversee project documentation governance, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for data collection, analysis, and reporting (Power BI, PMWeb, etc.)
• Provide leadership, guidance, and backup support to planning engineers to ensure continuity and delivery of project milestones
