Operations Manager – Projects & Solutions, responsible for strengthening project governance, execution discipline, and operational coordination across our building solutions portfolio.
Executive Brief
This role will lead PMO operations and technical coordination while ensuring strong lifecycle governance, margin protection, and predictable project execution
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily PMO operations and governance rhythm
- Monitor project cost, timelines, and risk exposure
- Enforce project lifecycle discipline and quality gates
- Ensure structured documentation and reporting
- Implement project health monitoring systems
- Identify operational risks and margin leakage points
- Lead governance reviews and execution control meetings
- Review technical submissions and shop drawings
- Validate technical feasibility and coordination with production
- Align with fabrication and execution teams on project delivery
- Review high-value tenders and costing logic
- Validate BOQs and commercial assumptions
- Monitor margin stability and discount deviations

REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years experience in project-based environments
- Background in construction, building materials, or fit-out
- Strong understanding of BOQs, costing, and commercial validation
- Experience in project lifecycle governance and PMO operations
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- Assertive leadership with strong stakeholder management skills
