Job Summary:
Dice Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import & Export Logistics Specialist to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will manage both import and export logistics processes, ensure smooth shipment flow, and support efficient supply chain operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and track import and export shipments from origin to destination
✔ Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, suppliers, and internal teams
✔ Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and proper documentation
✔ Monitor and optimize logistics processes for cost and time efficiency
✔ Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams

Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💡 Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation
🕒 Excellent organizational and communication skills
🌍 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
