Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage procurement activities for technical materials and services in line with project timelines and budget constraints
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to secure favorable conditions
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications and procurement requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive relationships for continuous improvement and risk mitigation
- Manage procurement documentation, including tender documents, purchase orders, and contracts
- Oversee the procurement team, providing leadership and guidance to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or development sector
- Strong knowledge of technical procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Proven experience managing procurement for large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
