Indirect Purchasing Engineer At Eagle Chemicals

Eagle Chemicals is looking for an indirect Purchasing Engineer to join the indirect procurement team.

Key Responsibilities :

-Support indirect purchasing activities and daily procurement operations
-Create and follow up on purchase orders through the ERP system
-Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation
-Assist in import purchasing processes, including basic documentation and follow-up
-Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchasing records
-Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements

Job Requirements :

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
-1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
-Hands-on experience using ERP systems
-Basic knowledge of import purchasing processes
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Good command of English
