Ecologi Solutions is hiring “Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist”.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage foreign purchasing and logistics operations
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and customs documentation
• Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and project teams
• Ensure timely and cost-effective shipment delivery
• Handle ACID, CargoX, and clearance processes
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in foreign purchasing and logistics
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes
• Experience working on CargoX & Nafeeza
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Fluent English is a must
• Active, detail-oriented, and fast learner
