Warehouse Manager At UIG

We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager (Raw Material & Finished Goods)
We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage both Raw Materials and Finished Goods inventory within a structured and fast-paced operational environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate stock control, and seamless coordination between production, procurement, and distribution functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for raw materials and finished goods
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and reporting
Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch processes according to company standards
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability
Implement FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain proper storage conditions
Monitor warehouse performance and optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in warehouse management (Manufacturing / FMCG preferred)
Strong experience handling both raw materials and finished goods
Solid knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in ERP systems is a plus
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
